I began my career in commercial production in New York in the late 1990s, building a foundation in visual storytelling while learning the rigor of union production, an approach that still informs how I work.

Since then, I’ve worked at every scale, from one-man-band to running series with teams of more than 100. My experience spans lifestyle, science, culture, and true crime.

My recent work focuses on purpose-driven series and documentaries—stories that operate in real time or reexamine the truth beneath the surface. Hunt for the Missing and In Pursuit with John Walsh work inside active investigations, while Broken Harts looks at how a carefully constructed public narrative was used to conceal years of abuse.

While unraveling complex material to find the heart of a story is what I enjoy most, I know you don’t get there without strong partnerships. From managing relationships ranging from victims’ families to metropolitan police departments to insular religious communities to the NTSB, I’ve learned that trust and empathy are what elicit the most compelling and honest stories.
